Extended Support coverage allows clients to receive unlimited support and upgrades to their software. The cost for this service is outlined on each client's Purchase Agreement and is billed annually. For subscription clients, the cost is built into the subscription fee. Please download and review the document below to see the many advantages of keeping current with Extended Support.
