InsightAtlast, LLC has provided conversion services for many utilities
including:

SourceGas contracted with us in September 2006 when they changed CIS
providers from Alliance Data Systems and eCIS to Accenture and
Peace-8. The InsightAtlast team working in conjunction with
Accenture, successfully converted the data for more than 500,000
customers. They went live with Peace-8 in August 2007.

Woodinville Water
District in Woodinville, WA recently converted approximately 14,000
accounts from Classic CIS to MUNIS.

Sam Houston Electric Cooperative
in Livingston, TX is in the process of moving nearly 280,000 account
records from eCIS to Oracle's CC&B.

Enersource Hydro Mississauga
in Ontario, Canada is also nearing the end of converting about 215,000
accounts from eCIS to CC&B.
