Boothbay Region Water District, through our partnership with Northern Data Systems, is using SOSRemote to automate their field work using Android tablets.
DC Water and Sewer Authority went live with the SOSMobile suite in March 2012.
Groton Electric Light has been using SOSMobile standalone since February of 2014 to automate tasks previously tracked manually and to give work crews access to inventory files.

Roanoke Gas is automating their service work with SOSMobile using iPads in the field since 2015. Plans are underway to automate other aspects of their organization with SOSMobile.
Vermont Gas purchased SOSMobile in 2011 to allow customers to schedule services online. In 2013 they implemented the entire SOSMobile suite to automate field services for their growing territory.
Vertex-ico Vertex Business Services provides customer care services to many utilities. They use SOSMobile to schedule service orders in their call center.
Western Cooperative Electric started using SOSMobile in the summer of 2015 to facilitate their AMI project. Plans are underway to extend its use for their service work.
